This website is operated by the Phyllis Smith campaign for North Miami Beach City Commissioner, Group 6. It is a campaign website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City of North Miami Beach.

When you submit a question, endorsement, concern, or photograph, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give the campaign permission to use it for campaign purposes — including publishing it, in the case of questions and endorsements, subject to the moderation and consent rules described on those pages.

Do not submit anyone else's personal information, threats, defamatory statements, or copyrighted material you do not own. We moderate public submissions and will remove anything that breaks these rules.

We work to keep this site accurate and we correct errors publicly on the transparency page. Election dates, deadlines, and voting procedures are set by the Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections and the State of Florida; always confirm with them.

We link to government and news sites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Contributions to this campaign are not tax deductible. Contributions are subject to Florida law, including the $1,000 per contributor, per election limit, and are reported publicly. Contributions are non-refundable except where a contribution must be returned to comply with the law.
